Camps Bay Village is perfectly located with a beautiful mountain range as a backdrop and the refreshing Atlantic at the doorstep. From early morning tidal pool dips, to cocktail dates at one of the many restaurants and bars on the promenade, we invite you to master the art of living on vacation.

Accommodation comprises 27 apartments, suited to accommodate up to 86 guests. All apartments come furnished with comfortable beds, en-suite bathrooms, air-conditioning, and kitchen areas. Other in-room facilities include a TV, a safe, and Wi-Fi.

Limited parking is available at an additional cost on prior arrangement. Paid parking is available at the Promenade Shopping Centre, which is within walking distance of the Village. There is also on-street parking available in the area.

Our naturally socially distant set-up, intensified cleaning routines, dedicated online hosts and convenient self-check in and out, all contribute to our thoughtful and thorough approach to your safety and sense of well-being.

Camps Bay Village is close to an abundance of day and night activities, cafés, sundowner spots, cocktail venues, fantastic restaurants, and places to be seen.

"Central and safe."

We were very satisfied with the accommodation and service at the Camps Bay Village. It is wonderfully central and with the optional parking we didn't need to look for parking again and again. The amenities are of good quality - hallelujah for firm, firm mattresses, pillows that aren't too mushy or hard, and a duvet that isn't too hot in the summer. Some aspects: The fan in the room is set to one speed and it is very fast, and annoying at night. The floor in the bathroom is extremely slippery and can be dangerous. We didn't have a key for the porch gate and would actually like to sit on the porch. A small bench could work well in the kitchen, with a smaller table? Otherwise, I'd love to come back!

We thoroughly enjoyed the spacious apartment. Three bathrooms and 2 showers were just enough for the six of us. The proximity to the tidal pool and beach was ideal. The pool at our doorstep was a luxury.

Stay was very nice. Stayed 4 nights but the place was only cleaned 1 time. There was also no after-hours emergency service.

"Basic accommodation for a traveller who needs nothing more than a bed & shower."

The room was not what I had expected. It didn't match the pictures. The place has more of a motel set up. Absolutely no privacy in the accommodation. Had to keep blinds closed the entire time. I was very exposed. Tried to spend as little time as possible in the room. It's really just a space to sleep; it would get very depressing otherwise. If you're looking for a place where you can also have downtime at your accommodation, this is not it. Also very close to the pool (right outside the door) so if people are using it, they can be quite loud and it can just be an annoyance. Will definitely not stay here again as it didn't meet my wants/needs. But if you plan to just sleep and bathe and then gallivant, then this is probably perfect accommodation. Great location-wise. 2-minute walk to the beach and access on foot to all the restaurants.

Even though the apartment is a bit dated, we were very impressed with the location, value for money, and friendliness of the staff. The family had a great time!

With easy access to malls and restaurants. Scenic views. We did have an issue with no water on our last day there.

Shower a mess, very slippery floor, total "bathroom" space under water when showering. No coffee. Too little parking. Plastic/tarpaulin curtains. Makes room cold. At least the bed sleeps well, clean. Pictures can sometimes be misleading. Bedside lights don't work.

"Nice stay, but received bad service."

I arranged to clock in early. When I arrived my room was not ready, no effort had been made to start cleaning it. I could not leave my luggage in the room. My room was nice and big and had a comfortable bed. But I am very disappointed in the service I received. There was no effort made and when I asked why nothing was in place I was just smiled at.

"Great stay for a birthday!"

The staff and accommodations at Camps Bay Village provided an amazing experience for a small, intimate birthday gathering. The only comment is that the beds in two of the bedrooms were not the most comfortable. Please also consider stocking some kitchen basics, such as salt and pepper. The complimentary teas and coffees were amazing!

Good location, close to restaurants, ocean and Theater on the Bay. Unfortunately it was also noisy because of the location. Friendly service, spacious apartment. Additional costs for secure parking and Wi-Fi. Will stay there again.

I booked a Studio apartment on the website, but never got one. The appearance of the apartment was nothing like on the website's photos and was a big disappointment. The bathroom needs some work and the overall feel of the apartment was nothing like on the website. Light from the apartment is convenient, but doubt I would recommend it to anyone.

"Comfortable unit close to the sea, but avoid in the summer holidays if you don't like to party!"

Note that the name has changed, it's now Camps Bay Village (outside on the sign in front of reception)! A very neat and clean unit (although the balcony needed some attention), nicely equipped with modern necessities in the kitchen and living area. Very nice close to the sea and restaurants, but if you don't like music and parties I would rather avoid it during very busy times (like public holidays). Parking is extra and I feel the cost of the unit should include it because it's definitely not cheap!

"We really enjoyed our stay and Kampsbaai."

It was a nice break, although the reception and the cleaning service were very poor. One of the cleaners packed the dirty dishes back into the cupboard just like that. Overall I can recommend it. It was peaceful and nice.

"Was only in Kampsbaai for 2 days."

The unit is tidy, but the master bedroom is part of the kitchen with only sliding shutter doors for privacy. The doors are broken in places and the sliding mechanism is not maintained. The bathroom can also be renovated.
